To be successful at Medecision the Solutions Engineer will understand what a customer centric organization entails and be able to infuse that ideology in your contributions. On any given day you will act as the technical expert that bridges the gap between sales, technology and understanding customer needs. You will work closely with sales, engineering and marketing to turn complex technical ideas into understandable and attractive solutions for our customers. This collaboration will include drafting and delivering presentations, demonstrating the features of the Aerial solution and creating customized software solutions for the customer.
This role requires an in-depth knowledge of our software and hardware systems, a passion for sales and high-level customer communication skills. Ultimately, a top-notch solutions engineer drives sales by creating specialized business solutions, tailor-made to the customer’s needs.

Requirements
What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough customer discovery calls to identify pain points, business goals, and technical requirements.
2. Solution Design: Develop customized technical solutions using the company's products or services that align with customer needs.
3. Technical Demonstrations: Create compelling product demos showcasing how the solution solves customer problems.
4. Collaborate with sales teams to answer technical questions, address concerns, and provide expert advice during the sales process.
5. Proof of Concept (POC): Build and implement POCs to demonstrate the feasibility and value of the proposed solution.
6. Technical Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's technology, features, and limitations.
7. Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing technical support and ensuring successful implementation.
8. Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and communicate it to product development teams to drive product improvements.
9. Other duties as directed by your supervisor.
10. Perform all work in accordance with Security and HITRUST policies.

What You’ll Bring:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical sales role, preferably within the Healthtech software industry.
3. Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
4. Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex solutions that solve customer challenges.
5. Experience with cloud technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Familiarity with data modeling and database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).
8. Background in data analytics or business intelligence solutions.
9. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines.
10. Strong knowledge of systems integration, APIs, and data workflows.
11. Certification in relevant cloud technologies (e.g., GCP Associate Cloud Engineer, GCP Professional Cloud Architect, or GCP Professional Cloud DevOps, etc.) is highly desirable.
