Job Title: Cisco CVP (Customer Voice Portal) DevOps
Location: FULLY REMOTE, except may NOT sit in CA, WA, CO, or NY
Rate: $55-60/hr
Visa: USC, GC
This position will support the Cisco UCCE platform.
The Development resource will have the ability to plan, develop, test, and implement Cisco ACD/IVR (UCCE) solutions that improve business efficiency and productivity as well as support business strategies and goals. Responsibilities include identifying and communicating business needs, translating business requirements into technical system and functional specifications, and supporting one or more highly complex or critical business processes/systems. This may require design or integration of technical solutions that may cross multiple functions of the business. The individual will be a project team member for projects that are large in scope and high complexity, potentially enterprise-wide.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Five (5) years of relevant system solution development, testing, and implementation work experience required.
