Richemont Customer Service - Project Manager
CONTEXT
Within an international and multi-branded environment, Richemont Customer Service (RCS) mission is to:
- Define and implement a global client service strategy:
- Ensure a consistent, simple, straightforward and hassle-free service journey to our clients
- Turn customer service into a competitive advantage
- Participate in the client data collection to enhance the Maisons' data strategy
- Organize and oversee the worldwide service network for all products (22 repair platforms worldwide, boutique workshops, and an external network)
The Project Manager position will to the Group Customer Service Technical Director.
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
* Manage various projects aimed at optimizing the performance of CS platforms and network worldwide, with a focus on technical aspects
* Drive projects to enhance quality management on CS platforms, ensuring adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement
* Optimize technical processes on the repair flow, streamlining operations and improving efficiency (e.g., repair model)
* Develop optimized repair processes for jewelry activities
* Participate in the digitalization of RCS activities, supporting the integration of technology and processes
* Contribute to fostering a customer-centric mindset, driving innovation and enhancing Richemont's competitive advantage in customer service
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* Master’s degree in engineering or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management, with a track record of successfully contributing to complex projects with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Experience in consulting is a plus
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in English and French
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
* Willingness to travel
