Job Opportunity
We're now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Sales team in Switzerland. This presents an exciting opportunity to expand our market share.
To be successful, you'll need significant direct sales experience selling to large corporations and a proven track record of winning new accounts. Existing senior relationships in the German-speaking Swiss market would be beneficial.
Greek and English language proficiency is essential.
Key Responsibilities
1. Generate revenue from Records Management, Secure Destruction, and Document Management Services
2. Manage commercial tenders, retenders, and price negotiations across assigned accounts
3. Sell solutions to address corporate customers' information management needs
4. Be accountable for new business revenue growth among defined customers
5. Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual targets are met
6. Drive growth strategies across target customers and prospects
7. Develop and implement sales plans; contribute to business strategy, development, and implementation
Requirements
1. Proven experience in new business hunting
2. Able to quickly learn new products and sales processes
3. Fluent language skills in Greek and English
4. Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
5. Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills
6. Able to influence and negotiate
7. Ability to make decisions and think strategically, considering company-wide impacts
