The position works with business subject matter experts, end users, HRIS Functional referents, IT business analysts, and integration and data engineers to plan, design, coordinate the execution of testing and report quality levels.Tasks & ResponsibilitiesThe HRIS Test Lead will play a critical role in:Defining and sharing the global HRIS Test Strategy and Scope (risk analysis, roles and responsibilities, environment management, testing phases, test data management, resources, etc.)Collaborating with the team and stakeholders to create test scenarios and cases that cover all requirements (functional and technical) based on risk analysis.Planning, coordinating, and executing the testing activities with all stakeholders involved.Reporting on progress of test execution, test results, and following up with technical teams on defect resolution.Evaluating and improving the testing process.Management of quality assurance team members.Your profileEducationTertiary degree in a related field such as Quality Assurance and Information Systems.Certifications in testing and quality assurance such as ISTQB.ExperienceSeveral years of experience in testing and quality assurance, ideally with HR information systems.Experience with Quality Assurance tools such as Jira add-ons, Squash.Experience with information systems and integration services.Experience with Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery methodologies.LanguagesFluency in both English and French is required for this position (oral and written).Personal Abilities/QualitiesA high level of attention to detail in managing and validating test activities.Analytical mindset for interpreting test results.Ability to adapt to changes, especially in the context of HRIS implementation.Strong organizational skills for managing project timelines and deliverables.Excellent ability to work in a multicultural environment successfully.Terms of employmentFull-time position 100% (40h/week)Gross annual salary: from CHF 101’172.- to CHF 115’332.-Paid vacation: 25 days per year, plus any Swiss public holidays.Pension plan: pension contribution covered 3/4 by MSF, 1/4 by staff member.Relocation package if moving from a different country to Switzerland.How to applyCandidates are invited to submit their application exclusively through our recruitment platform, following these guidelines:Documents must be submitted in either English or French.The application deadline is December 1 st, 2024.We reserve the right to close this vacancy earlier if we receive a sufficient number of quality applications.All applications will be treated confidentially.Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
