About your future role
As member of integration and 3rd level support team and member of piquet team, this role focuses on managing and validating new customer integrations while providing 3rd level technical support to internal teams and key account (KA) customers. You will work closely with clients, ensuring smooth implementation of payment terminal solutions, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and offering high-level support for complex technical issues. As a specialist, you will be involved in pre-sales.
Customer Integration Management:
* Oversee and validate new customer integrations, ensuring smooth and timely onboarding.
* Maintain ongoing communication with clients to track integration progress and resolve any emerging issues.
Technical Support (3rd Level):
* Act as the escalation point for complex issues, offering expert guidance to 2nd-level support teams.
* Provide direct support to key account customers on advanced technical queries.
* Troubleshoot integration-related issues and escalate critical cases as necessary.
* Ticket and Issue Management
* Business and technical analysis of internal and customer software related needs
* Pre-sales activities
* Writing of the specifications
* Creation and follow-up of test protocols / Responsible for the validation of the tests
* Management of the pilot phase and production launch
* Creation and update of documentation (business process and technical)
What makes you the best person for this job?
Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
* Computer Science CFC and/or ETS diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in computer science / development
* Additional training, specialization: project management, business analysis
* 5 years’ experience with communication protocols
* Development of customer solutions
* Release management
* Good knowledge of software development life cycle tools
* Ability to work in a team
* Knowledge of relevant ticketing systems.
* Knowledge of EP2 payment standard is a plus
