We are looking for a new Business Development Manager – Switzerland to join our Lugano office.
The resource, within the Business Development division and focusing on Retail set-up and production services, will have to carry out the following activities:
* Analyze the reference market in order to identify potential Customers;
* Generate new Business opportunities, involving new Customers in partnerships and collaborations;
* Up-selling/Cross-selling of our company services;
* Screening and evaluation of the technical needs of our Customers, in order to propose the most compatible solutions;
* Drafting and negotiating commercial offers;
* Driving collaboration with internal colleagues, both to identify business opportunities and to provide alignment for customer expectation and deadlines;
* Maintaining and consolidating partnerships with Customers, through follow-up moments.
The ideal candidate has the following requirements:
* Previous experience in the Sales field of at least 5/6 years;
* Good knowledge of the Retail Fittings Design and production sectors;
* Professional knowledge of English language;
* Good knowledge of the main IT tools, especially Excel and Power Point.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proactivity and analytical skills;
* Good knowledge of German language is also preferable.
