Job Title: IT Support Specialist - M365, 1st / 2nd Line, DE and ENG
This is a contract opportunity for an experienced IT Administrator to work with our client in the Consulting & Business Services sector.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide first and second-level IT support to users via phone, remote assistance, and email.
* Assist colleagues with basic IT-related issues and troubleshooting.
* Support administrative tasks, including access management.
* Help with the installation and maintenance of notebooks, peripherals, meeting room equipment, and mobile devices.
Your Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with Windows products, including MS365.
* Ability to learn and develop IT skills in a professional environment.
* Languages: English and German (C1/C2 level).
* Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail.
* High degree of self-organisation and time management.
* Analytical and solution-orientated thinking.
