Job Description
Customer Success Manager (m/w/d)
We seek an experienced Customer Success Manager with expertise in EDI and B2B customer relationships to strengthen our team in Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities:
* Auditing and maintaining long-term customer relationships with B2B customers to ensure maximum benefits from our solutions
* Guiding customers through implementations and optimizations of EDI processes
* Serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and problem-solving
* Collaborating closely with internal teams (Sales, Product Management, Support) to meet customer needs effectively
* Analyzing customer data to identify optimization opportunities and upsell/cross-sell possibilities
Key Qualifications:
* Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Service in a B2B environment
* EDI knowledge: Strong understanding of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
* Industry knowledge: Experience in SaaS, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Retail is beneficial
* Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, with the ability to build relationships across all hierarchy levels. French and Italian are an asset.
* Problem-solving skills: Analytical skills to identify and implement strategic customer solutions
* Technical affinity: Experience working with ERP/CRM tools and a good understanding of IT and business processes
* Proactive approach: Self-motivation with a passion for customer satisfaction and retention
