Sales Consultant Spine – Region Deutschschweiz
For the Spine area, we are looking for a consultative and communicative individual as a Sales Consultant. If you are seeking a step into a dynamic business environment, we offer a versatile role in a modern company for a motivated and committed person. As an expert and strong sales personality, you will be the point of contact for orthopaedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, OR management, and OR staff in hospitals and clinics. You will play a central role in coordinating and organizing the correct application of high-quality and innovative products, recognizing business opportunities early, and implementing the corresponding sales projects in your assigned sales territory.
Your Responsibilities
* Systematic planning and organization of your field activities
* Building long-term customer relationships with doctors, OR staff, buyers, and other decision-makers
* Comprehensive sales and product consulting in the clinic area of spine orthopaedics and neurosurgery
* Strengthening existing product lines, introducing product innovations
* Organizing and conducting training events (workshops, customer training) for medical and healthcare professionals
* Responsible for achieving general and specific sales targets regarding market penetration and revenue
* Developing and implementing sales and action plans in your assigned area in collaboration with the sales manager
* Representing the business area at congresses
Qualifications - External
* At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device sector
* University degree (Uni / FH) is an advantage
* Strong service orientation and professional appearance
* Highly customer-oriented personality and results-oriented
* Negotiation skills and closing confidence
* Determination, self-motivation, and willingness to perform
* Communication and persuasion skills
* Flexibility, willingness to travel, and participate in congresses
* Creativity and readiness for change

* Fluent in German and English
* Solid MS Office skills
