Position Summary
This position involves serving as a Risk Manager for Intercona Re & Group Risk Services (GRS).
You will play a key role in supporting the Head of Risk Management in identifying, monitoring, reporting and mitigating risks associated with Intercona Re and Nestlé's global insurance activities operated by GRS.
You will prepare key risk decisions for the Board of Intercona Re, the Investment and Risk Committee (IRC) and the Head of Treasury/Pensions/Insurance.
A Day in the Life of a Risk Manager - Intercona Re & Group Risk Services
* You will support the Head of Risk Management in defining policies and guidelines for Intercona Re and Group Risk Services.
* You will perform risk evaluations for Counterparty, Liquidity, Portfolios, FX and Solvency risks.
* You will prepare and conduct Business Continuity Planning exercises with the Risk Team.
* You will assist in decision-making processes regarding the acceptable level of risk for the Board and Management of Intercona Re through the Annual Risk Assessment and ORSA.
* You will deploy Risk Management and Internal Control practices in Regions and Markets including self-assessments and cyber risk management.
* You will act as backup for Risk Management activities.
Requirements for Success
* You must have a university degree or equivalent in economics, finance or mathematics.
* Postgraduate qualifications such as a Master's in Finance with a focus on Risk and certifications in risk management or compliance are considered advantageous.
* You must have confirmed experience in Financial Risk Management.
* You should possess strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
* You should have proven experience working with cross-functional teams.
* You should be proficient in IT and interested in AI.
* You should be fluent in English and have a good level of French.
