Batgroup was created to reinforce our primary mission: the fight against the Black Market and ensuring that cleaning industry workers have the coverage and insurance they deserve. Within Batgroup, we provide a variety of identities, allowing a large assortment of services from booking a cleaning through Batmaid to hiring a house cleaning employee through Batsoft.

For this reason, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition & Admin Generalist to join our team and support both Recruitment and Swiss HR administration. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth hiring processes and compliance with Swiss employment regulations.
You will be reporting to the Head of HR. The position can be located either in Zurich or Pully (VD).
What would you be responsible for?
Talent Acquisition: Define recruitment requirements with the Business (for all levels)
Post vacancies on relevant platforms and manage applications through our ATS
Sourcing, screening applications, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Ensure a seamless candidate experience and support the hiring process from start to finish and produce KPIs
Swiss HR Administration: Manage AVS/LPP affiliations and family allowance requests
Prepare various HR reports and ensure compliance with Swiss employment regulations
Support general administrative HR tasks and employee documentation (through our HRIS, BambooHR)
Draft employment contracts, amendments, work certificates, warning letters, etc.
If interested, participate in the payroll process (done by our fiduciary)
Besides the above, you will be assisting the Head of HR with HR-related projects and initiatives regarding people retention, training and development, performance management, and Compensation and Benefits.
What would you ideally bring to the table?
Experience:
3 to 5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR administration in Switzerland
Education:
A degree in HR would be a strong plus
Technical Skills:
Fluent in English and German (mandatory), French is a plus
Proficient in tools such as Excel and PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR processes, excellent communication and organizational skills, experience with ATS and HR systems
Proactive, detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
