Position
The Client Advisor represents the Company with clients in our Boutique. He/She is a professional in the sales of luxury goods, and responsible for the satisfaction and loyalty of every customer. Cooperates for reaching the qualitative and quantitative goals set in their Store.
1. Is polyvalent, constantly operating to serve the store, with the aim of achieving the highest customer satisfaction
2. Is aligned to the style and to the Brand qualitative standards during the whole sales process and after-sales
3. Cooperates with colleagues in order to create a positive environment and pays attention to performance level
4. Receives and displays the products according to procedures
5. Constantly maintains a tidy working place according to the Company guidelines
Sales
6. Is responsible for the sales process following the Company standards
7. Provides and maintains a high level of customer service
8. Manages commercial relations with clients in order to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
Client Management and CRM
9. Ensures the after-sales service with the same level of efficiency and care, in order to maintain the clients satisfaction and loyalty with the aim of promoting the Brand image
10. Manages claims with supervisor support
11. Turns every touchpoint with customers into a positive situation, always promoting Brand image
12. Communicates to the Management the collected information regarding clients
13. Executes the follow up of clients’ requests
Product and Visual
14. Participates to product presentations
15. Deeply knows all products of his/her category and is updated on all the product categories in store
16. Ensures the appropriate care of the store
Profile
17. Relevant work experience as Client Advisor in a luxury boutique
18. Aligned with the Loro Piana brand identity and passion for LP products
19. Strong luxury touch and approach
20. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
21. Strong clientelling skills
22. Fluent German and English
