Civil Engineer for Bridge Structural Health Monitoring 80 – 100 % (f/m/d)
This is your mission:
* Support our global sales team growing the Bridge Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) application.
* Define a global strategy for the SHM application, with its key markets and related product roadmaps.
* Promote Kistler's SHM solution and establish the Kistler brand in the SHM community.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders and create a network among universities, bridge designers & operators.
* Actively seek potential customers and projects and provide guidance to local sales teams.
* Prepare project offers with related technical specifications & documentation, in collaboration with local sales.
* Identify market and project needs, define specifications and transfer those into the product development team.
* Define marketing activities and create promotion materials. Attend to exhibitions and conferences.
These are your assets:
* Higher University degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
* Several years working experience in bridge structural analysis and condition assessment
* Network of contacts to stakeholders from the Bridge Structural Health Monitoring Market, in the public sector (research institutes and universities, bridge owners) and the private sector (operators, integrators, product suppliers)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other languages beneficial.
* Willing to travel internationally (>30%)
