Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in relevant field
* 5-7 years of experience in the industry
* Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
* Manage and lead teams, reporting to Regional Manager
* Expertise in managing Enterprise/midsize & SME accounts
Primary Job Responsibilities:
* Pursue B2B sales opportunities
* Sell IT hardware & Software products
* Maintain target completion
* Focused on generating Enterprise Business/SMB revenue
* Core competencies in Enterprise/Mid-Market Origination with 5-12 years' experience
* Relevant experience in selling comprehensive IT SOLUTIONS, including Software, Hardware, Networking, Security, IMS, and Cloud
* Closure of end-to-end sales deals with mid-size and large organizations
* Strong connections with OEMs in Server Storage, Networking, Security, and Cloud Domain
* Main responsibilities include IT Infrastructure support services, solution selling, managed services, and enterprise network management solutions
Essential Requirements:
* Proven track record in account management or similar roles
* Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels
* Deliver client-focused solutions based on customer needs
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills; strong verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated and results-driven individual
* Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
* Prioritize tasks effectively

* Establish and maintain relationships with OEM principals, vendors, and suppliers
