IT Support - M365, 1st / 2nd Line, DE and ENG
This is a contract opportunity for an experienced IT Administrator to provide support to our Switzerland-based client in the Consulting & Business Services sector.
Your Tasks
* Provide first and second-level IT support to users via phone, email, and remote assistance.
* Assist colleagues with basic IT-related issues and troubleshooting.
* Support administrative tasks, including basic access management.
* Help with the installation and maintenance of notebooks, peripherals, meeting room equipment, and mobile devices.
Your Experience/Knowledge
* Minimum 1-2 years of experience with IT support and troubleshooting.
* Familiar with Windows products, including MS365.
* Willingness to learn and develop IT skills in a professional environment.
* Language skills: English and German (C1/C2 level).
Your Soft Skills
* Excellent comprehension skills with attention to detail.
* A high degree of self-organisation and time management.
* Analytical and solution-orientated thinking.
