Project Overview:
The Senior ERP Delivery Manager will oversee the successful delivery of AIMS Transformation initiative, coordinating various projects under the Transformation program. This involves working closely with business areas, project teams, WIPO staff, external partners, consultants, and vendors to ensure efficient processes that meet business expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Accountability for delivery in all aspects - financial, staffing, implementation, and business as well as regulatory requirements where present.
2. Lead the execution of the overall transformation strategy, coordinating the products delivery of projects under the program mandate.
3. Oversee the configuration and integration of ERP modules as per the business process and requirements.
4. Manage business relationships, expectations, represent delivery on the relevant governance level.
5. Coordinate the adoption of cloud solution strategy in coordination with all relevant stakeholders.
6. Champion the use of best practices, process simplification, and coordinate with process owners to translate them into the new solution.
7. Ensure transformation follows Governance, Risk, and Compliance standards.
8. Establish and maintain the overall delivery plan and related resources allocation.
9. Ensure that the connected project work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports are prepared, executed, and monitored appropriately by all the solution team members.
Requirements:
* Advanced university degree in information technology, computer science, business management, or a related discipline.
* At least ten years of relevant professional experience in driving digital transformations, in the context of ERPs.
* Experience in leadership positions, such as Solution/Enterprise Architect or Delivery/Program Manager, in the context of at least one large-scale ERP project, with a strong preference for Cloud ERP implementation.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work within strict time constraints and to meet deadlines.
Additional Information:
* Initial period of one year, renewable, subject to funding and satisfactory performance.
* Fixed-term appointments granted for approved projects shall be for a period whose minimum and maximum duration are tied to the funding and terms of reference of the project.
