Lead Technology Strategist and Operations Expert
We are seeking an experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our IT operations in Geneva, Switzerland. The ideal candidate is a passionate technology professional with a strong team spirit, excellent communication skills, and a client-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service Desk Management: Oversee the Service Desk team to ensure prompt and effective resolution of IT-related issues.
* IT Support and Leadership: Manage IT support teams (L1-L3) and provide guidance on best practices for incident management, problem-solving, and change management.
* VIP Assistance: Ensure seamless assistance to key stakeholders, addressing their IT needs promptly and efficiently.
* Team Leadership and Incident Management: Foster a collaborative environment, empower team members, and drive continuous improvement in processes and tools.
* Process Optimization: Analyze and streamline IT processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
* IT Asset Management: Oversee the inventory, setup, and maintenance of IT assets (Macs, PCs, iPhones, iPads) to ensure they meet business requirements.
* Infrastructure and Architecture: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain multi-layered applications landscapes and functional architectures.
* User Support and Access Management: Provide timely support for user requests, resolve incidents, and manage access to systems and resources via Active Directory.
About You:
* Education: Master's degree in Engineering, IT, or Economics.
* Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in IT leadership and operations, with a proven track record of success.
* Skills: Strong knowledge of core technologies, data and infrastructure, IT service management processes, project management methodologies, digital technologies, and data privacy.
