Product Owner & Project Management (40-50%, all genders), Kloten Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing EFB-related projects and supporting the EFB Administrator in his duties.
Capture and analysis of all technical, procedural, and regulatory developments in the Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) environment
Planning, initiating, and leading projects related to EFB along the whole cockpit crew journey
Support the EFB Administrator in daily operations and ongoing projects to ensure optimal performance and compliance
Plan and ensure the operation, configuration, and further development of EFB systems and services
Performance monitoring and troubleshooting EFB components
Analysis and development of solution proposals in case of errors or malfunctions
Definition and implementation of digitalization strategies as well as Group-wide optimization and harmonization activities for the EFB domain
Monitor contracted services with providers and users in the EFB domain
Requirements: University or technical college degree in computer sciences, business information systems or electrical engineering
Prior experience with EFB systems would be beneficial
Prior experience in a regulatory or compliance role within the aviation industry is preferred
Ideally, previous experience in IT with a focus on project management
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
Distinct problem-solving skills, assertiveness as well as high social competence
Strong communication skills and resilient personality with a strong service orientation
Ability to grasp new topics quickly and independently
Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to work
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
