Proclinical is seeking a Project Manager for Tech Transfer to act as the primary liaison between teams. This role will focus on ensuring seamless communication and execution of project strategies, with an emphasis on risk management and resource allocation. This position can be based in either Neuchatel or Zurich in Switzerland.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage global project timelines in line with approved strategies.
2. Provide visibility on deliverables to the sending unit.
3. Plan activities and establish KPIs for the sending unit.
4. Identify and align resource needs with the sending unit sponsor.
5. Monitor progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
6. Maintain a project risk register and track changes to strategies.
7. Organize training activities and support team readiness.
8. Conduct regular project reviews and technical meetings.
9. Report project status to leadership teams.
Key Skills and Requirements:
10. Degree in Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or related field.
11. Strong expertise in project/program management.
12. Ability to work autonomously and lead teams in complex environments.
13. Expertise in CMC/TT, preferably in the Large Molecule area.
14. Proficiency in PM tools (e.g., MSP, Smartsheet) and MS360.
15. PM certification is beneficial.
16. Self-directed, proactive, and results-driven.
17. Open-minded with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
18. Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
19. Adaptable to change and capable of seeing the big picture.
