Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the HR department and drive initiatives that support our company's growth and success.
This role will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals
* Manage the recruitment process and onboard new employees
* Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
* Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements
* Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures
* Conduct regular training sessions on HR topics
* Stay current on HR trends and best practices to attract and retain top talent
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in HR management
* Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* SHRM certification is preferred
