* Acquire contacts and maintain good relations to the Civil Aviation Authorities and equivalent organizations worldwide
* Renew the annual subscriptions for the AIP amendment services for the allotted country coverage
* Track and obtain all aeronautical publications available for the 28 day AIRAC cycle in a timely manner
* Full responsibility for all source procurement related work tasks in the allotted country coverage
* Monitor, record, verify incoming aeronautical publications
* Full liability for the on time distribution of available aeronautical publications to internal customers
* Clarify inconsistencies in publication methods applying relevant ICAO rules
* Process clarification requests concerning formatting errors or missing publications
* Handle customers’ requests
* Participate in internal projects

* Several years of professional experience in business administration
