As a SOC Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with our cyber security services and approaching challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Responsibilities Responsibility for ongoing interaction with customers regarding threat status and security enhancement
Close collaboration with the Security Operations Center and technology vendors
Identification and clarification of customer requirements in collaboration with product management, sales and operational units
Minimum Requirements Several years of experience in Cybersecurity, Security Consulting or Security Engineering / Analysis with customer management experience
Customer service management experience is advantageous
Good knowledge of Cybersecurity, Security Operations Center and Incident Response
Organized and meticulous personality with a passion for technical concepts and data

Very good communication skills, empathy and stakeholder management experience
Quick learner, enthusiastic about technology and able to manage multiple priorities
Very good English and German; French and Italian is advantageous
