Key Responsibilities
* Negotiate and implement purchasing targets with suppliers based on quality, quantity, delivery dates, and prices.
* Identify relevant or strategic suppliers and propose alternative options.
* Process administrative tasks related to inquiries and orders, including master data maintenance and workflow optimization.
* Ensure compliance with technical requirements.
* Analyze procurement processes to identify potential savings in material costs.
* Collaborate with the development team to source suppliers for prototypes and new products.
* Work closely with production and quality assurance teams.
* Plan and conduct supplier audits.
Your Qualifications
* Completed studies in electronic or mechatronic engineering.
* Further education in purchasing or supply chain management.
* Prior experience in strategic purchasing is beneficial.
* Familiarity with ISO 13485 and GMP regulations.
* Proficient in ERP and MS Office software.
* Excellent language skills in German and English.
