Senior Marketing Operations Manager Role
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to drive pipeline growth and revenue through Database/CRM marketing and automation. This role requires expertise in marketing automation and operations, email marketing, prospect and customer nurturing, lead generation, lead scoring, funnel optimization, and measurement.
This position demands a results-driven marketer with a robust playbook and a proven track record in scaling a SaaS growth-marketing operation.
Responsibilities
* Drive meaningful pipeline and revenue growth via Database/C RM Marketing.
* Manage end-to-end automated campaigns and funnels: concept, setup & segmentation, analysis & optimization.
* Continuously experiment: execute A/B tests on email concepts, subject lines, content, CTAs, sending times, layouts, and more.
* Collaborate with designers and copywriters while optimizing content continuously.
* Build experience with various marketing materials like case studies to create automated, triggered, and transactional programs.
* Monitor and analyze ongoing campaigns and end results, deliver recommendations based on insights, and troubleshoot when necessary.
* Work closely with the sales team to optimize the lead sales cycle and build a lead scoring system with suggestions for the sales team.
Requirements
* 4+ years of experience in marketing automation and/or CRM Marketing for a B2B SaaS company – mandatory.
* Understanding of email best practices for email creatives, templates, metrics, KPIs, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies.
* Experience with marketing automation/email marketing platforms such as Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar.
* Basic knowledge of HTML and content management systems (WordPress is an advantage).
* Experience working with marketing analytics tools across large sets of data and numbers.
* Experience with lead nurturing funnel management.
