This role drives growth of Sealing & Bonding (S&B) sales in EMEA, focusing on Vertical Market Residential while expanding to other markets and projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Leadership: Define and implement the regional S&B strategy, aligning with local, regional, and corporate teams.
* Market Expansion & Sales Growth: Drive Vertical Market Residential, expand into other verticals, and support project sales, specification, and end-user engagement.
* Innovation & Sustainability: Lead the rollout of new products, integrate market trends, and promote sustainability-focused solutions.
* Training & Best Practices: Organize trainings, support local teams with project-specific guidance, and share best-demonstrated practices across the region.
* Performance Monitoring & Marketing: Assist in sales budget execution, oversee dashboards, and develop regional marketing and communication tools.
