Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader Quality Management Systems to join our Laboratory Weighing (LabTec) division at the Greifensee location, METTLER TOLEDO's global operational headquarters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Management System Team and developing individual team members within their roles. Key responsibilities include conducting annual review reports to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement, maintaining and updating a mid-term plan for the Management System and Data Governance, and ensuring regulatory and standards alignment through performance indicators and quality measures.
The ideal candidate will hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering or similar, have 4-5 years of relevant experience in Management System development and implementation, and possess leadership experience, people development skills, and strength in managing projects and initiatives. Proficiency in English and German is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Lead the Management System Team and develop individual team members within their roles.
* Compliance Review: Conduct annual review reports to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
* Plan Maintenance: Maintain and update a mid-term plan for the Management System and Data Governance.
* Certification and Compliance: Maintain ISO certificates and Data Governance at all Swiss sites and monitor compliance with regulations and standards.
* System Development: Continuously improve the Management System based on business needs, using harmonization possibilities at both local and global levels.
* Regulatory Representation: Represent the Management System during regulatory inspections and customer audits.
* Performance Indicators: Define and apply performance indicators and quality / environmental / data governance measures to ensure regulatory and standards alignment.
* Collaboration and Training: Ensure cooperation with Group Functions, consolidate internal audits, coordinate with business units, and train Process Owners, Leaders, and Auditors.
Requirements:
* University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar.
* 4-5 years of relevant experience in Management System development and implementation.
* Leadership experience, people development skills, and strength in managing projects and initiatives.
* Proficiency in English and German.
