Drive High-Impact Projects in Pharma Life Science
About the Role
Sell and deliver high-impact projects with our team, engaging senior stakeholders from top clients.
We handle end-to-end strategies for transformations, including:
* Go-to-market strategy
* Customer engagement strategy
* Customer analytics & insights (data lake, reporting / predictive analytics, AI/GenAI)
* CRM transformation and implementation
* Marketing and sales transformation, incl. omnichannel and MarTech strategy
* Front office operating model design and implementation
* Sales force effectiveness
Lead business development activities to identify, propose, and close customer transformation opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
* Work with international clients
* Lead and oversee x-functional and x-territory teams
* Deliver large, global-scale, and complex client engagements
* Build a fast-growing team and your own team for capabilities you bring
Your Skills
* 10+ years of experience in a consulting environment
* Proven success in delivering customer and commercial transformation programs
* In-depth domain expertise in areas like go-to-market strategy, customer analytics, CRM transformation, and more
* Excellent project delivery skills, leading x-functional and x-territory teams
* Sustainable senior client relationships and recognized as knowledgeable and trusted professional
* Interpersonal & communication skills, proactive and enthusiastic about delivering value to clients
About You
* Familiarity with interpreting clients' strategic, operational, and external drivers for change
* Respect, building trust, and inspiring clients by anticipating their needs
* Fluent in English, flexible to travel within Switzerland and/or abroad
* A Swiss work permit or eligibility to obtain one
