Job Objective:
The Second Sommelier position at Il Lago Restaurant involves managing the wine and beverage service in the dining area. This role requires a refined personality, excellent teamwork skills and a strong passion for fine wines. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, assisting and verifying the work of junior sommeliers, maintaining the cleanliness of wine equipment and ensuring that high standards of quality are met.
