Job Description
* Actively assume the Scrum Master role (50%) in the agile context (SAFe) of the Payment and Backoffice team
* Promote and support the team in applying and adhering to agile principles and practices
* Collaborate closely with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer (RTE) to ensure the successful execution of Program Increment (PI) planning and other SAFe events
* Remove impediments for the team and enable self-organization
* Prepare and conduct/monitor the team's Scrum events (such as planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through regular retrospectives and the implementation of improvement measures
* Actively assume the Quality Assurance role (30-50%) in the Payment and Backoffice team
* Develop, implement, and apply quality management systems and processes of LGT in an agile environment
* Provide close support within the team to ensure product quality throughout the entire development cycle
* Conduct agile tests, including automated tests and regression tests
* Analyze and document quality issues and initiate corrective actions
Requirements
* Higher education in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience
* Certification as a SAFe Scrum Master or comparable certifications are advantageous
* At least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in the IT industry or financial sector
* Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) and experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
* Experience in Quality Assurance is advantageous
* Good knowledge and experience in the areas of Payment, Settlement, Corporate Actions, Reconciliation, ATM, and Card Transactions are advantageous
* Experience with the Avaloq Banking Suite and its application in the area of Payment and Backoffice is advantageous
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills and negotiation strength in German and English
* High level of initiative, responsibility, and independence
* Team-oriented, flexible, and resilient personality
