Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA support specialist to manage incoming tickets, provide technical support, and maintain solution documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Support: Manage incoming tickets, providing access management and level 1 troubleshooting.
* IDoc Failure Resolution: Routinely monitor and correct IDoc failures, coordinating data changes with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
* Solution Documentation: Manage Solution Documentation within SAP Solution Manager.
* Testing and Support Knowledge Articles: Assist with testing for system changes and create/maintain SAP Support Knowledge Articles.
Required Skills:
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an SAP S/4HANA support role with functional understanding in Finance, Procurement, Projects, Sales, and Logistics.
* Communication: Ability to identify and communicate issues and risks to fellow team members for timely resolutions.
* Excellent Communication: Excellent communication skills when working with end users.
Desired Skills:
* Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals: Experience in supporting validated systems for life sciences and/or pharmaceuticals.
* Tech Expertise: Good understanding of SAP applications, IDoc error handling and reprocessing, and role-based access controls. Desired technical expertise includes SAP Solution Manager and Service Now.
