The role is based at the HQ in Basel area. Job DescriptionYou will report directly to the Chief People & Culture Officer and your mission will be to support Managers and employees on key people management activities such as HR expertise, business partnering, talent management and organisational development.Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and provide strategic People & Culture advice to align people strategies with business objectives.Advise and coach senior management in all aspects of talent acquisition, talent management, learning and development and performance management.Serve as the primary People & Culture point of contact for managers and employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues in an effective manner.Guide managers in setting clear performance goals, providing feedback, and conducting evaluations.Provide coaching to employees for career growth and development plans.Assist in the identification of talent gaps and contribute to workforce planning initiatives.Work on the gradual implementation of HR systems, frameworks and processes.Provide guidance on compensation structures, promotions, and employee benefits that align with the company's policies.Act as a change agent by influencing and driving organizational change and development efforts.Foster a connected, engaged, and high-performing workforce by promoting the company's culture, values, and engagement strategies.Participate in any other projects assigned by the Chief People & Culture Officer.The Successful ApplicantUniversity degree or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant fieldMinimum of 5 years' experience in a similar functionExpertise in local HR legislation, company policies and processes combined with some international HR exposureFamiliarity with SMEs and less structured environmentsProven experience with organizational change managementFluency in (Swiss) German and EnglishFull proficiency in MS Office is a must and previous exposure to HRIS implementation is a big plusOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levelsDetermined, pro-active and result driven personality who is curious about the business and knows how to manage prioritiesHumble, patient and empathetic character with excellent listening skillsHigh level of dynamism and service-orientation with an entrepreneurial and collaborative approachWhat's on OfferDo you have an entrepreneur mindset and want to have a direct and visible impact?
