* Conduct regular meetings with all involved suppliers and discuss scorecard. Measure improvements done and align to strategic plan and direction.
* Conduct training and awareness of TP/SOP/WI and Specifications, related to control and/or production of starting, intermediate and finished products.
* Train responsible employees to understand the applicable TP/SOP/WI and Specifications relating to specific task/job.
* Maintain effective distribution and control of TP/SOP/WI at point of use and/or selected area for traceability and reference by responsible employees.
* Regular audits to be conducted to ensure all measuring test devices are functional and report any deviation.
* Maintain master file for internal and external calibration activity for every complaint received internal/external; capture in the system an internal nonconformance report and lead root cause analysis with respective process owners.
* Lead, implement and review sustainable corrective and preventative actions based on accepted customer complaints received depending on the priority of complaints; ensure on-time reporting on investigation to the plant manager.
* Implement measures to ensure correct level of awareness is within the Plant at all levels for customer complaints received.
* Set and communicate product quality specifications for starting, intermediate and finished products.
* Document the required work instructions to ensure specifications are within acceptable tolerances and monitored according to agreed testing and sampling plans.
* Ensure calibrated tools and measuring equipment are available, maintained, and responsible persons trained on the intended use, to ensure compliance to specifications.
* Monitor, raise internal NCR and report on any OOS trends or occurrences that can impact our OOS customer product.
* Measure and report the Supplier Quality performance.
Conduct activities to comply with relevant safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
You bring these skills, experience & education:
* Relevant Bachelor degree as minimum.
* 10+ years of experience with 3-5 years at managerial level.
* Project Management.
* Qualification in TQM, HACCP/BRC is a plus.
* Internal Audit experience.
