The receptionist at our office in Zurich should be passionate about delivering exceptional services that our employees have a great place to work and our guests feel like VIPs.
Are you a born host? Do you always have a good mood and team-oriented nature? Do you like your office to be as clean and tidy as your own home? Do you like to coordinate construction workers to fix small damages? Do you like to train employees in health and safety topics? Do you like to work in a team on-site and via MS Teams with colleagues from various locations and other divisions? Then we are looking for you as our receptionist for our Headquarters in Zurich.
Your key tasks Welcoming clients, visitors, and suppliers
Act as the first point of contact for all internal and external visitors
Operation of our switchboard and ensure smooth transfer of phone calls
Preparing and hand-out of access cards (badge-system)
Manage office supplies and equipment / handling of mail and courier deliveries / take over other administrative tasks
Responsible for guest zone (waiting area, meeting rooms, and coffee corner)
Be involved in health & safety topics, be part of the evacuation team and act as first-aider
Prepare and provide presentations to our employees
Support and collaborate with Office & Facility Management
Liaise with local management, suppliers, service providers and respective group functions (IT, Real Estate, HR, Communication, Finance etc.)
Qualifications Experience as a receptionist or similar position in an international company
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Positive, professional and customer service attitude; reliable and discrete personality with the highest level of integrity
Strong communication and organizational skills
An active team player with a smart and well-groomed appearance
Fluent in German and English. Any other language is a plus but not a must-have
It would be a real bonus if you have Experience in using a building access application
First aid training certificate
Being a member of the evacuation team in the past
