Innovative and successful company in the area of cash handling, transport, and value management is seeking a collegial and service-oriented Sachbearbeiterin Spedition Luftfracht, 90-100% (m/w/d) .
Responsibilities: Be the contact person for customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Develop solutions and maintain active written and verbal communication with customers, partners, and airlines.
Handle import and export customs clearance using e-dec/ncts.
Prepare transport documents and issue orders to truck dispatch.
Ensure timely billing of shipments.
Workload can be 90% or 100% based on preference.
Requirements: Completed training as a Kaufmann/Kauffrau or equivalent.
Practical experience in international freight forwarding is essential.
Good command of German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.
Proficient with standard IT tools and e-dec/ncts.
Customer-oriented, communicative, and engaged.
