Job Description
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Specialist, you will be a key part of the implementation Team and ongoing maintenance of the ERP system. Your role will involve:
* Customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet specific business needs.
* Providing essential training and support to users, ensuring optimal use of the ERP system.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate ERP solutions with other business systems.
* Conducting thorough analysis of business processes and recommending enhancements based on the capabilities of the ERP system.
* Keeping abreast of the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 features and applying best practices for system improvements.
The Successful Applicant
* Holds a bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
* At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Juniors with proven autonomy are encouraged to apply.
* Demonstrates a strong understanding of business and financial processes as they relate to ERP systems.
* Exhibits excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work autonomously.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to effectively train and support end-users.
* Certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be considered an advantage.
* English is mandatory, German is a plus.
