Assistant Relationship Manager (f/m/d), temporary for 12 months Zurich (CH)

Responsibilities
1. Support a Relationship Manager in all organizational matters efficiently and actively.
2. Intensive support for Relationship Managers by conducting KYC file reviews for existing clients and writing KYC profiles for potential new clients (prospects).
3. Stay in close contact with our clients (by phone or e-mail) and answer their questions regarding their banking relationship.
4. Take care of various customer clarifications, investigations, and tasks within the team and various internal departments.
5. Be responsible for various administrative tasks (create statistics, write bulk mails, take care of mailing campaigns, etc.).
Your Profile
1. Working experience in the banking environment.
2. Proactive approach and ability to set priorities and work independently.
3. Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with the ability to quickly understand complex business topics.
4. Outstanding organizational skills as well as a very efficient and precise work approach.
5. High motivation, willingness to learn, and a flexible team player.
6. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of service orientation towards our clients.
7. Good communication skills and enjoyment in talking to clients by phone.
8. Good MS Office skills (especially Excel); knowledge of Avaloq and Compliance Suite is an advantage.
9. Excellent in English, fluent in Russian, and good language skills in German (written and spoken).
