Your Profile
* An engineering degree, such as Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience in software development using Microsoft Visual Studio, DevOps and Git.
* Vigorous C# expertise and sound C/C++ knowledge.
* Background with .NET, including WPF (Windows), is required.
* Familiarity with agile development methodologies is necessary.
* The following skills are advantageous:
o Linux experience.
o PostgreSQL, SQL Server, T-SQL, Entity Framework, and/or other relevant database technologies.
o Message brokers, like Kafka.
o Cloud computing development.
o Web application development.
o AI or ML technologies or data analytics.
* Strong English language skills.
* A pragmatic approach combined with analytical thinking.
* High self-motivation, dedication, creativity and a results-driven attitude.
* Ability to work independently with meticulous attention to detail.
* Perseverance, resilience, openness, innovation and teamwork are essential.
* Prior experience supporting a racing team on weekends is welcome.

Our Team
Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. We're competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. Our project has two locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, and the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil, Switzerland. The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil focuses on chassis development and race operations.
Your Mission
* Work within an agile software development team.
* Develop software for various company areas, including analysis tools for engineers, logistics and performance.
* Determine tool requirements through collaboration with users.
* Produce documentation for developers and users.
* Support customers using the software.
* Maintain source code and test the software.
