Your responsibilities:
* Oversee Microsoft application management on a global scale, ensuring seamless functionality.
* Facilitate collaboration between internal and external IT specialists across various business units.
* Lead the design and implementation of feature upgrades to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for application improvement requests.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive English-language documentation.
* Conduct online training sessions for users and team leaders.
* Perform regular IT system audits to ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.
* Publish an annual IT security report.
* Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and IT partners.
* Provide backup support for first-level IT services during vacations or emergencies.
* Define and coordinate service level agreements (SLAs) for local IT infrastructure.
* Manage and oversee ICT budgets for the Swiss entity and global Microsoft licenses.
* Supervise ICT support staff.
Your profile:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience in ICT application management, preferably in an international small-to-medium-sized enterprise environment.
* Detailed knowledge of MS Power Apps (Power BI, Flow), Azure, SQL, SharePoint, and Teams.
* Experience working with ERP systems, particularly interfaces such as EDI and APIs.
* Familiarity with MS 365, Dynamics 365 Sales, Abacus, and Pimcore.
* Strong project management skills, enabling effective communication with technical and non-technical staff and external vendors.
* A team-oriented, independent, and solution-driven work approach.
* Willingness to travel for business purposes.
* Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), with German skills being an asset.
