Your role
- Ensuring the smooth execution of Green PPAs, cPPAs, and route-to-market agreements
- Guarantee compliance with contract terms, manage delays in COD (Commercial Operation Date) and GoO (Guarantees of Origin) deliveries, and oversee volume adjustments
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, handling queries, complaints, penalties, and disputes effectively
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Origination, Trading, Risk, and Finance to align contracts with business objectives
- Develop and optimize data workflows for contract monitoring, reporting, and forecasting in collaboration with the Data Management Team
- Monitor regulatory developments, ensure compliance, and support audits and internal reviews related to contractual performance
Your strengths
- At least 5 years‘ experience in contract management, renewable operations or energy trading support
- Strong knowledge of Green PPAs, cPPAs, route-to-market agreements, and energy certificates (GoOs, REGOs, GvOs, etc.)
- Experience with data-driven contract management and operational coordination and excellent communication and problem-solving skills to handle customer interactions effectively
- Proficiency in contract tracking tools, CRM systems, and Excel; knowledge of Python or SQL is a plus
- You communicate fluently in German and English; knowledge of additional European languages is strongly valued
