In line with MSC Cruises policies and procedures under the supervision of the SPA Manager, the Spa Sales Associate drives service and retail sales to maximise SPA revenue while achieving high levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* To drive spa retail and service sales through guest interaction hosting activities and conducting wellness consultations.
* To manage the Spa boutique greeting and assisting guests following correct setup and merchandising guidelines and inventory management.
* To execute regular wellness and spa events and activities as per company procedure in regards to setup script and promotional offers.
* To conduct skincare body care hair care consultations promoting service and retail solutions.
* To support the onboard therapist and technician team in closing retail sales.
* To support the Spa Reception in upselling upgrading and closing service packages.
* To execute product knowledge and retail techniques training sessions for the Spa Team.
* To provide support in all areas of the SPA operation as requested by the SPA Manager.
Minimum Requirements
* Advanced product knowledge in Skincare Body care Hair care.
* Proficient speaking reading and writing skills in English knowledge of any other language such as German Italian French Spanish Portuguese Japanese Russian Chinese is considered a plus.
* High School Graduate or equivalent qualification.
* Up-selling cross-selling skills.
* Exceptional communication customer service skills.
