PRINCIPAL ELEMENTS & ACCOUNTABILITIES:Provide administrative support to the Family Office Team on allocated clients, including but not limited to the preparation of banking, investment, formation and termination forms, internal and external reports, instructing payments, monitoring debtors, and obtaining compliance when necessaryProviding client servicing support to one or more Client Relationship Manager(s) and their clientsSupporting the CRM team in undertaking the preparation of data and presentation packs for client meetingsCapturing new client information and completing onboarding processesReceiving internal queries and resolving / escalating as requiredLiaising with other parts of the Stonehage Fleming group and with third parties to co-ordinate the implementation of client requirements. This would include lawyers, accountants, banks, insurance brokers, etc.Work alongside Junior CRM’s to plan and organise work flow and calendars with CRMsGathering information from clients, internal contacts and other providersPreparation of client correspondenceSupport ongoing client monitoring including client reviews and fee queriesEnsure compliance with group principles, all regulatory requirements and standardsInputting, analysing and maintaining client and prospect dataSuch other duties as Family Office may from time to time reasonably require, including ad hoc projectsQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:Educated to degree levelGood general knowledge of wealth management and/or wealth planning structuresExperience of having worked in an administration capacity, for a financial services business desirableSKILLS:Technical or practical knowledge of Financial services– a plusMulti-horizon experience / international background – a plusPro-activity and ability to work independently with little guidanceExcellent Microsoft Office skillsFluent English; French - a plusPlease kindly submit your CV in English.
