* Strengthen lead qualification through data-driven tools like HubSpot.
* Partner with sales leaders to promote customer engagement and revenue growth.
* Maintain a powerful and consistent brand presence across all marketing channels.
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
* At least 8-10 years of B2B marketing experience in tech or software.
* Proven success in leading operational marketing teams.
* Expertise in strategic planning and hands-on execution.
* Mastery in creating and executing marketing strategies and lead generation.
* Deep understanding of sales processes and aligning marketing with sales.
* Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), marketing automation tools, and data analytics.
* Knowledge of AI-driven marketing and emerging digital trends.

* Excellent communication skills with strong verbal and written capabilities in English.
