EMEA Recruitment is seeking a dedicated HR Specialist to join our manufacturing client's dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting the workforce and ensuring compliance with Swiss labor laws.
This is a brand new position that has been created to support the client's growth and market expansion!
Key Responsibilities of the HR Specialist:
1. Provide HR support across the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
2. Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and regulations.
3. Act as a point of contact for employees and management, addressing HR-related queries and concerns.
4. Support payroll processes in collaboration with external providers.
5. Manage employee records and HR documentation accurately.
6. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with business objectives.
Key requirements:
1. Proven experience in HR, ideally within manufacturing or production environments.
2. Strong knowledge of Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
3. Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
