Job Description
This position reports directly to the Shift Leader or Store Manager. The crew member plays a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the standards of the Burger King brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and serve customers while adhering to brand standards.
* Inform customers about various products and promotional offers.
* Take orders carefully and provide excellent service at the counter or drive-thru.
* Participate in home delivery services as part of the "Home Delivery" initiative.
* Assist with receiving and storing goods.
* Contribute to the production and preparation of menu items, including hamburgers, sandwiches, baked goods, and more.
* Aid in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the kitchen, dining area, and exterior spaces.
* Participate in equipment cleaning and maintenance after closing hours.
* E nsure adherence to hygiene, safety, service, and quality standards associated with the Burger King brand and the fast-food industry.
