POSITION
You are the lead advocate of the brand in the greater Luxembourg area. In this role, and together with your team, you will mainly :

PROFILE
For this challenging position based in one of the most beautiful and busy Retail locations in Europe, we are ideally seeking an experienced, results-oriented Retail professional who will meet the following criteria :
* +10 years Luxury retail experience / 5-10 years Management experience
* Experience with Product Category: Jewellery, Watches, Fashion or Lifestyle Brands
* Ability to motivate, manage and develop a team (5-15pers)
* Excellent and proven leadership and coaching skills applied to Retail teams
* Digital proficiency
* A winning personality to easily establish trust relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders
* Fluency in English, and ideally French or German
* Strong organisational skills
* Attention to details with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Self-motivated, with customer service mindset and creative problem-solving skills
* Excellent presentation as well as oral and written communication skills
* Highly professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
* Be a team player; pro-active attitude with excellent problem solving skills
* Responsible, dependable, punctual and flexible
