As Global Trade and Product Marketing Coordinator, you work closely with the Group Brand Manager and the Global Trade Marketing Manager to develop the brand collaterals and gifting calendar, while also supporting the Brand Manager with the roll-out of product innovations.
How you will create a beautiful impact:
Lead the development of brand collaterals – with focus on POS gifting materials, GWPs and exclusive client gifts.
Support the Global Group Brand Manager in gifting strategy & KPI definition.
Liaise with e-business, retail, and regional teams to ensure brand collaterals support core business needs.
Define the GWP and gifting assortment according to the annual brand calendar.
Manage supplier pitches and production together with procurement to ensure cost and timings are respected and optimised.
Prepare Go to Market documents and manage market forecasts.
Monitor and manage global stock.
Support the Brand Manager in the roll-out of product innovations, with focus on the complexion collection.
What you need to have to be our next audacious and creative talent:
2+ years’ experience in a marketing role within the skincare or luxury industry.
Strategic and analytical, able to bring compelling ideas and proposals to the table to accompany our core markets business needs, while maintaining and elevating the Brand’s luxury identity.
Creative mindset, with a passion for the luxury and beauty industry and a curious eye for trends and details.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills / able to defend strong convictions and bring to life compelling briefs to agencies, Creative, launch management and procurement teams.
Comfortable navigating through complexity in a dynamic business environment through structured working processes.
Strong project management skills.
Capable to work on multiple projects under challenging deadlines and with given budgets.
Hands-on mentality and a collaborative mindset.
Language: English at business proficiency, German is a plus.
