Role Overview:
Building on our strong growth as well as our recent Series-B funding round investment, we are now actively seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Account Manager for class-leading client success. You will have a broad range of responsibilities that include building and developing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, increasing retention, and identifying and driving additional sources of revenue from clients. You will work in partnership with sales, marketing, product management, project delivery, and client support teams to ensure comprehensive, consistent, and impactful coverage of our clients and our target markets. We work in a global distributed environment, and you will be located at our Zurich Headquarters with partial work-from-home options.
Responsibilities:
* General: Ensure client satisfaction, increase client retention, identify new revenue opportunities, and be the main point of contact for commercial and product-related topics with our clients.
* Client Health and Performance: Measure and manage customer success performance across the organization, including relevant analytics and reporting.
* Advocate for Client Interests: Serve as the voice of the customer within the organization, advocating for their needs and ensuring they are considered in product development and service delivery decisions.
* Proactive Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for addressing client concerns, proactively resolving issues, and preventing potential churn through timely intervention and communication.
* Contract Renewal and Negotiation: Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and maintain favorable terms for the company.
* Identify New and Up-sell Revenue Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on increasing revenue across both new products, services, and upsell opportunities.
* Administration & Revenue Management: Manage and handle all client-related administrative tasks, e.g., contracts, invoices, licenses.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as Product, Project Management, Marketing, and Sales to ensure alignment on customer needs and expectations, and to drive customer-focused improvements.
* Client Onboarding and Training: Lead or support the onboarding and training process for new clients, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to fully leverage the product or service.
Knowledge/Experience:
* Must Have: 5+ years of experience in account management with a SaaS or software provider.
* Must Have: Experience in building and maintaining strategic account and partnership relationships in financial services.
* Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and revenue goals in a complex enterprise software environment.
* Knowledge in trading/crypto/blockchain is a plus.
* Experience working in a global distributed and fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, IT, or equivalent.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Structured and result-oriented.
* Fluent in English; German and another European language is a plus.
