Your ChallengeTo support our line managers with customized and value-added HR solutions, being a competent, trusted, and reliable partnerTo maintain a smooth recruitment process and to continuously work on innovative solutions to attract promising candidates in cooperation with our talent acquisition group located in CAN.To manage our workplace policies, procedures, and practices in accordance with Swiss labor law and regulationsTo contribute your experience and expertise to our HR projects and to develop and support training activitiesTo carry out efficiently various HR administrative tasks and be digitally skilled (Workday, Windows)Your ExpertiseUniversity education in a related field (Psychology, Business Administration in HR) or an equivalent education (Federal Diploma of Higher Education)At least 7 years of experience as HR Manager / HR Business Partner, ideally in an international environmentAbility to quickly build and sustain relationships with a range of international stakeholders of all levels (we work in a matrix organization which may be challenging at times)In-depth knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurancesVery good command of English and German (written and spoken)Experience handling professional platforms such as LinkedIn or other Social Media platformsReliable team player with a problem-solving mindset, a self-starter working highly independent Excellent interpersonal skills with empathy and sensitivitySkilled with up to date electronic systems, platforms (Workday, Windows)(Only direct applications will be considered, no agencies accepted!)
