What you will do:
1. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation.
2. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
3. Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and proactive outreach (cold calls/emails/texts, etc.) to identify and engage high-caliber candidates.
4. Enhance our employer brand through recruitment marketing and social media engagement.
5. Analyze hiring trends and provide data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies.
6. Take ownership of recruitment initiatives, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
7. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
8. Prepare and present metrics and other recruiting information to management.
9. Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting events.
What we look for:
1. 2+ years of recruiting experience (corporate or agency preferred).
2. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and offer negotiation.
3. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search techniques.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches effectively.
5. Ability to collaborate with business leaders and provide strategic hiring insights.
6. Exceptional business acumen.
7. Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
